Cingular
uses the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Network. It
is the next generation data network using GSM (Global System for Mobile
Communication) wireless technology with more than 270 million users worldwide.

We do not support the following wireless data network:
- CDPD Network (Cellular Data Packet Data) formerly AT&T Wireless Data.
- Motient (DataTac) Network
Motient owned and control the nation first wireless data network called DataTac which was a joint venture between IBM and Motorola. They have discontinued support for all wireless POS terminals. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY NURIT WIRELESS TERMINALS ON EBAY! Discounters are purchasing these terminals for cheap to rip off merchants who thinks they are getting a cheap deal. See you on Judge Judy :)
